Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom orders, including puzzles, wall letters, lithophane lamps, bookmarks, and other personalized items, are non-returnable and non-refundable. We take great care to ensure that every product meets your expectations, and we encourage you to double-check all details (e.g., images, designs, and dimensions) before placing your order.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly provide a replacement or a refund. Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us
    Email us at contact@puzzly.store within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

  2. Resolution
    Once we review your claim, we will offer a resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.

Order Cancellations

Orders for custom products can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, production will have started, and cancellations will no longer be possible.

Non-Custom Products

For non-customized items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@puzzly.store with your order number and reason for return. Once the return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items damaged due to improper care or handling after delivery.
  • Items not purchased directly from Puzzly.
