  • Custom Products: Puzzly specializes in custom products such as puzzles, wall letters and Wall art and more. All custom products are made-to-order based on the specifications provided by you.
  • Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide for custom products (e.g., image quality, text, dimensions).
  • Product Variations: Slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to the nature of 3D printing and customization. These differences are not considered defects.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in DKK,  and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment: Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept payment methods displayed at the footer of the shop.
  • Errors in Pricing: We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing and will notify you if this affects your order.

4. Shipping and Delivery
