Puzzly Delivery Policy
1. Shipping Regions
Puzzly currently ships to EU countries. If you are located outside our shipping regions, please contact us at contact@puzzly.store to discuss potential shipping options.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs

Standard Shipping:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. -
Free Shipping:
Orders over 600 DKK qualify for free shipping within Denmark. -
Expedited Shipping:
Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Please contact us to arrange this service.
3. Processing Times
- All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days for standard products and 5-7 business days for custom orders.
- Processing begins after your payment has been confirmed, and any required design files or details have been received.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method:

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or damaged during transit:

- Provide your order number and a description of the issue, along with photos if the item is damaged.
- We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address when placing your order. Puzzly is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize an error, please contact us immediately at contact@puzzly.store to update the address before the order is shipped.
8. International Shipping and Customs
For international orders:
- Customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for details.
- Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control.
